From time to time we offer discounted Portrait Sessions on allocated dates. The sessions take place in the studio and run for a specified time.

Photogreff MOTHERS’ DAY STUDIO Portraits are NOW AVAILABLE for 12 MAY 2024 @ PICTON, NSW.

Shot differently to the Santa Sessions, Kylie will move around during the shoot and work with your unique style.

Each session has a shot list as described below and the backdrop is a hand-painted canvas in mid warm tones (pictured above)

There are two session types available to book …

1. 15 MINUTE SESSION - $220:  This single family shoot is for one immediate family (parent(s) and their children).  No more than 6 people including children.  There will be a group shot of everyone as well as individual portraits of each child and a portrait of Mum and Mum with the children.  You will receive 15 edited jpeg digital images delivered via a private online gallery.  Prints can be ordered, for additional cost, from the gallery.  Additional shots can be requested, subject to time, for $30 each (for example; portrait of Mum and Dad, Dad with the children etc)

2. 20 MINUTE SESSION - $350:  This 20 minute session is for one immediate family (parent(s) and their children) plus up to 4 grandparents.  No more than 10 people in the group.  There will be a group shot of everyone, a group shot of the children with their parent(s) as well as individual portraits of each child.   This session also includes a portrait of Mum, Mum with the children and a shot of each grand-mother with the grand-children.  You will receive 20 edited jpeg digital images delivered via a private online gallery.  Prints can be ordered separately from the gallery.  Additional shots can be requested, subject to time, for $30 each (for example; portrait of Mum and Dad, Dad with the children, Grandmother with their child etc)

Studio Session details and conditions:

As the Sessions are a discounted portrait option the following conditions apply

• Kylie will select the images provided in the session package.  She will select the best images from the shoot.  (If you would like to select your own images from those taken you should book a regular photo shoot with Kylie that includes a separate viewing session in studio.) 

• Standard Editing Included in the fee:  Session portraits will be individually edited to enhance shadows and tone for a beautiful outcome.  Kylie will apply very light skin softening. Aside from cropping, no other editing is included in the session fee.

• Additional skin editing or other editing requests will incur a fee based on the amount of editing requested.  Some requests may be not be possible.  Note that additional editing will also extend the delivery time of your images. 

• There are NO REFUNDS for these sessions but you can transfer the session to someone else if you change your plans. Kylie needs advance notification if you transfer.

• The time booked is for total studio time, not actual shoot time.  There is a time limit on each session, therefore, if you believe your family might need an unlimited period of time to settle for their shoot we don’t recommend a ‘session’ booking.  Chat to Kylie about a general portrait session with no time limit.

• Your finished images will be uploaded to a private online gallery from where you can download them within two months of your session date.

• Prints are not included.  Your images will be edited for print and prints can be purchased from a quality print lab directly from your online gallery.  You can also download high resolution copies of your images and print them elsewhere, however, we do not guarantee printing by any other supplier and be warned that cheap prints usually look cheap and have a tendency to fade or discolour.

• Kylie does not provide RAW files or all of the images from the shoot.

• You can purchase more images for $30 each with standard editing.  This needs to be arranged before the end of your studio time.

Helpful Information:

• Strobe lights are used, similar to a large flash, and can go off frequently within a short period of time.  A studio session might not be suitable for anyone who is sensitive to strong flashing light sources.

• The studio contains a lot of equipment and is not a suitable place for children to run free.  If you have restless little family members who are unable to stay in place we recommend an outdoor session, not a studio session. 

• If you choose to wear eyewear during your session it is highly likely that the lights will be reflected in your lenses.  We recommend you do not wear eyewear during the session.

• There is a narrow door at entry to the building and two deep steps into the studio. Double side by side prams will not be able to fit through the front door.
